For every home that I considered, she would go through the neighborhood, the comps, the home itself, the seller's disclosures. We would spend an hour plus on each home under consideration. By the time we were done discussing, I knew almost everything possible to know. She was also extremely helpful throughout the buying process, in terms of keeping me on time with the various contingencies, and giving me enough information to make decisions every step of the way. I've worked with many different agents in the past; Jennifer is hands down, the best agent of them all. I'm not a real estate professional. I just happened to have bought and sold multiple properties because life happened.
